I called this company and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician was extremely nice and honest about the options I had for my refrigerator repair. He informed me about a warranty and explained to me how to contact LG. I will definitely contact them again if I need anything else repaired.

My mom's refrigerator was not working properly and they came out promptly and provider her with options. They were very professional and prompt. I would recommend this company with all confidence. You will not be disappointed!

Initial experience was very positive. Spoke with Alex to schedule repair on a LG washer. Fernando was the service tech. Very pleased with their polite demeanor, professional service, and highly effective communication of diagnosis and steps for repair.

Fernando provides great customer service!! he was very friendly and helped me out a lot with fixing my fridge. I definitely would recommend him to any and everybody! And I will definitely be calling back if I need anything else fixed.
