I went to buy a small extinguisher and after 40 minutes of waiting I just left. The lady at the desk saw me and knew I was just needing to pay. She ignored me and continued to text on her phone.

The person driving their vehicle cussed at me, cut me off and forced to make me go onto the oncoming traffic lane on Post Oak this morning just because I was blocking a lane to turn left which is a legal move. Completely impatient, unprofessional and unfortunate for their business.

Worse Fire sprinkler company. John Privette and the president Brian are snakes. John privette had me go out to do a service call and replace a butterfly valve but it was working properly . He told me to get a cup of water to pour on the ground to make it look like I replaced the valve then charged the customer
