I found this place online, the next day I drove by to get some material that I need for my pool deck and they were very helpful to guide me which materials I should get. Not to mention their prices was great and the lady who took care of me was knowledgeable and patient (I think her name was Tierra) I would recommend this place not only for a contractor but also for an individual like me, who is willing to get the benefit of buying at a wholesale price.
This place Is definitely a hiding gem in Houston.
We recently relocated to the San Antonio/ Boerne area from Houston. When our pool builder told us he uses Texas travertine out of Houston we decided to visit the show room and select our travertine pavers in person. We met with Ashley who was very helpful in assisting us with our choice and informed us about the new shipment they had received and it would be more than adequate to cover the 1400 square feet we needed. We waited for about 30 min. So they could provide us with samples from the batch we would receive our supply from, so to avoid surprises with color. We also needed 200 LF of bull nose coping. The next day we contacted Ashley at Texas travertine and confirmed the travertine pavers In Walnut French Versailles, we had picked out would work well with our project and that our pool builder would make arrangements for delivery. The day of delivery we noticed the color was different and much darker than the samples we were provided. (See my photo the light is the sample pieces we were provided and the darker what we actually received. You may also look at the company website under pavers) They had also neglected to include the coping material. We contacted the show room and was told to contact Rick the owner. Rick was extremely unprofessional. He was curd, unreasonable, condescending and would not take any responsibility for the color mismatch, missing coping and proceeded to tell my husband, that there are people who would not see any difference in the color of what we picked out and what we received. He went as far to say since travertine is a natural stone there will be variations in color! I guess according to Ricks’s explanation if you order ivory travertine and receive Noce, that can be explained away as color variation. We have built multiple pools and homes and this was certainly not our first experience with travertine, but first experience with Rick and Texas Travertine. We decided to go else where in Houston and had our COMPLETE supply within 3 days of ordering and it matched our sample. Imagine that!! If you decide to purchase travertine from this outfit, make sure they will send you pictures before they actually ship it and save yourself a whole lot of headaches, delays and not to mention a 15% restocking fee and another shipping charge which in our case was about $1900.00.

I have been working with Rick and his team for 5 years now and there isn't any better product on the market or a better team to work with period! They are top notch A+++ operators with awesome customer service! Great Job Guys!!!

Great prices and an awesome product. We initially wanted the silver travertine but the entire lot was sold before I could get my 500sqft. Rick knew we needed this for our house remodel and gave me an excellent price on the Tuscany blend travertine. He went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal and had it shipped to my house in California. Rick is a good dude.

We searched for 4 months for stone
flooring for our 45 year old French
Country Home in Corpus. We shopped

Rick supplied the stone for my entire patio and pool deck area. It’s been almost two years and our material still looks great. Not only was Rick very helpful before the initial sale but he’s been more than accommodating in the time since when my pool contractor has needed small amounts of replacement material.
All of this and his price was far better than other shops we inquired with at the time of our initial construction. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Rick and his knowledgeable staff. Because of their knowledge and accessibility we were able to consult with them on some problems we were having with our contractor. That advice kept us from accepting an inferior product instead of the gorgeous travertine we have now! Thank you Rick and Lauren!
