My ancient garage door opener finally gave up the ghost on a Friday afternoon. I filed a claim with my warranty company, was told a repair service would be coming by the following morning. That repair service then sent an email saying they'd be by on Tuesday. A phone call revealed they didn't work weekends. I was NOT willing to wait that long and decided to just pay out of pocket. Action Garage Door had great reviews and now I know why. Sebastian arrived less than two hours from my initial phone call, gave me several quotes for the work (I buy the new motor, they provide the motor, he does extra maintenance work, etc.), which was really helpful. He also videoed the damage so I could see exactly what was wrong, and I knew darned good and well the warranty company would want to try to "fix" it when even I could see it was falling apart. Having Sebastian do the work was a no-brainer. He was fast, professional, made sure my questions were answered, and did an amazing job. HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

Best reviews around where I live so I decided to try the company. They were prompt to come to my residence. The salesman was quick to measure and knew what door I needed. The only thing that bothered me was I was given a quote, I said I was going to get a second opinion, and my sales rep made a phone call. Then it was $100 - $150 cheaper. Maybe it's how the company does things because the sales rep is able to verify the parts / cost. I've had a lot of house work this year and it seems like this happens with half the companies I met with did this. The install was quick and painless. The work looks great and I have a new door with no issues. Would use the company again.

The technician and work performed was great. The front office, however, bordered on harassing. They sent us the same quote every day even after we told them that we needed some time to discuss amongst ourselves. Then, the day of the scheduled service, they called us four time in a row to let us know that the technician was on the way. I was on a work conference call and kept getting interrupted by Action Garage Door. They couldn't, I don't know, leave a voice message or rely on the fact that the appointment had already been scheduled? No, they called four immediate, consecutive times back to back. I think the work performed was good and the price was fair, so I will not hesitate to use Action Garage Door again in the future. However, I truly fear what interrupting hell I would have had to endure had I not gone through with the service.

Called right before they were closing for the day. They were still able to have a technician come out the next day to assess my garage. Sebastian was excellent and honest about what he could and could not do. He also provide me with all the options from simple fix to full replacement. He was upfront and said the simple fix will most likely solve my problem. He got the work done and did several tests to ensure it would work. I will use again in the future.

Mack recently replaced my garage door springs and all of the hardware, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of his work. Action garage was amazing. We had originally called another company, who quoted us $1500 more and 6-8 weeks for the door to come in. Action got back to me same day. Joe arrived on time and was quick in his assessment. They scheduled the replacement for 2 business days later. They again arrived on time and prepared on the day of the replacement. Joe was excellent. Could not be happier with the customer service, communication and professionalism. Will definitely recommend them to others.
