My garage door got stuck last minute on a Saturday evening. I sent a text to fix n go, and they were able to send a tech early Sunday morning to my house. It took him less than 10 min to figure out what the problem was and fix it. Excellent and prompt services, and supper thankful to David the tech for his professional advice.

I am changing my review after speaking with someone from customer service that contacted me. I felt like my first review might’ve been a little too harsh when it came to their pricing. I totally understand that they’re a company and they have to make money. They’re not in business to lose money, but we did come to an understanding and I very much appreciated him reaching out to me. I am 63 and I worked in retail my entire life and I know how important it is for good customer service. I am very satisfied with the repairs I had done on both of my garage door openers. I made my appointment that morning and they were here within the hour, and the job was complete in no time.

Called Monday night at 9pm and David showed up the next morning before 9:00am. David is very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about doing the job right and taking great care of the customer. He was wonderful and repaired the springs on our door and oiled everything up before cleaning up and leaving. Highly recommend this company and specifically, David as your technician.

I would like to give the Garage Door Repair Service an excellent review on the job this company did for me. 1. The gentleman came out within 3 hours of my call. 2. A man that was nice, polite and knew what he was doing. 3. He accessed the job at hand and relay the findings to me. 4. We discussed the problem and solution quickly. 5. I agreed with the findings and gave permission to install the new equipment on the spot. The job was done within two hours. 6. This young man was polite, smart, fast and most certainly knew his job. Such a professional service and a prompt response. I left a message around midnight regarding the broken torsion spring and Fix N Go managed to schedule my service in the morning! It is a real 24/7! David did an excellent job replacing the springs and the bearings in an hour along with a full inspection of all the other parts. I have to say that it has been a while since I had the garage door moving that smooth. Excellent job and you definitely earned the top rating.
