Pleased with the overall experience. They were extremely responsive to questions pre and post purchase. Despite the nationwide freight delivery delays I was able to receive my garage door opener in time for me to meet a deadline for installation. They staff was great and even helped resolved a small issue with the freight delivery company.
When I started shopping with them, everything was going very well, I bought dozens of products from them, but in my last order there were parts missing and they couldn't fix the problem and even with the UPS photo as proof

I called for a price and got nothing but insults they said they are not going to do my job when they are the one doing sales to the public they are completely rude. They will totally discriminate you. 100% A holes. Fastenal has a better price, a better product, and a great service.

Looked on their website for a few specific items that they should carry, but didn't show. Posted a ticket on their website asking for pricing, no reply. Called the store and talked to a lady who said all the prices are listed on the website. I said I didn't see a few specific parts I was looking for. Her reply was "Well then we don't have them". Fine, if you don't want to look to see if you can get them for my business, I'll look elsewhere. Also a note on a few items I was going to purchase, the shipping looks horrible. You've lost me as a customer because of 1 phone call.

I had questions before the purchase that were answered satisfactorily. The only issue I had was that I ordered a multi-pack of lubricant, but only received 1 can in the initial shipment. The remaining cans were sent upon my notification to them. I would definitely order from this retailer in the future.
