Want a review worth writing and reading? I have one for yall. Hurricane Beryl blew out my generator, fried rotor, stripped plastic parts - it was a mess. I called the company who has my service agreement and a month later I had no response, no info on warranty and no returned calls. I started looking for a solution and Al answered. He got someone out the day after I called him to see what the repairs would be. He said it would be a while to get the warranty work done and to get the parts in, up to 2 months (he was honest). They did not mind me calling and checking in for updates, his company worked with Kohler on my behalf and received all the parts. He scheduled the service and walked me through what they did. His team was very nice, respectful and kept communication going. It’s easy to see why he has such great reviews. Thanks much Al Generators!!
***Update- the owner called shortly after this review and was very helpful. Was able to get me the quote and explain in detail what was going on, how to fix the issue, and what all would be involved in the repairs.
Disappointed in the service I received. I called in for a diagnostic service for our generator. They were very helpful at first and came out right away to diagnose the issue with my generator. They told me I would either need to replace the oil pump or entire engine so I asked for estimates on both. Over a month later and over 5 phone calls from me checking on the status, I still have not received an estimate. On the last call I was told they sent my estimate and when I asked them to what email they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any email on file. I gave them my email and STILL didn’t get an estimate. Waste of time and money.

During a recent power outage, our generator failed to start, leaving us in a difficult situation. Thankfully, Ali from Al Generators Power LLC went above and beyond to resolve our issue. Despite the complexity of the problem, he made several trips to ensure our generator was back up and running. His commitment to customer service was evident, as he even worked through the weekend, traveling 40 miles on a Saturday night to fetch a necessary part—saving us the wait until Monday. Ali's professionalism, expertise, and polite demeanor were truly impressive. Highly recommend for reliable and dedicated service!

Installed a Kohler with Al Generators Power. Ali gave a great quote (I had done my research), communication was excellent, work started on time and finished without any issues! I'm very happy and the generator has already come on twice - there is nothing like having power :) Stay safe everyone! THANK YOU AL GENERATORS - you rock!

Called AL generator and they scheduled my maintenance service for the next day. The maintenance technician came on time, was professional, efficient and thorough. He replaced my battery and spark plugs, cleaned out terminals. Moreover, he installed a power surge protector to protect the system. All for a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend ALGenerator Power!
