From the sales, service to the repair technicians all are excellent people with wonderful integrity. I so appreciate their interest and care of my generator, keeping it running through many storm's in Houston. Highly recommended. 5 star blue ribbon!!!!!

I called a few places for maintenance on my Generac. I had a good first call with this company so I submitted my paperwork to have them service my unit. They immediately sent me a document to submit my payment and said "send us your receipt and we'll get it scheduled." I thought this was weird but I did it. After they received my annual maintenance payment I didn't hear a word for weeks. I finally sent a not so nice email and told them I would dispute my credit card payment if they didn't call me to schedule and do the work. They called, scheduled me for a week later on a day between 8am and 10am. I took the morning off and waited. No call. No show. I called them and someone answered and said he didn't know anything but would have someone call me. I explained I took the morning off work and needed to know something. He said again someone would call me back. Nothing. Not a word. I sent an email and asked them to credit my credit card that I didn't do business this way. Nothing. No call no email. A day later I get an email asking if they could follow up on my request to credit my credit card??? No. Just credit me and I will find a company who really cares about their customers.

Great place to work at. No short cuts are taken, good place to learn the trait, and work environment is very friendly. Upper management takes good care of us and treat us very good. Work moral is amazing all around. Truly a hidden Gem!
