We ordered a deep clean of the entire house due to the house going on sale. At first glance it looked fine but then lack of detailing began to show. The top of the fridge was left as-is, tile wasn’t given a proper scrubbing, some baseboards or window ledges weren’t dusted, the laundry room appliances weren’t cleaned, in addition to other things our real estate agent pointed out. There were stains on the bathroom vanity that I removed after the fact with a Clorox wipe. This was passable for a regular clean but definitely not the deep clean that we ordered and discussed in detail by phone and text multiple times. I messaged the owner and canceled our move-out order scheduled for the end of the month and listed the reasons above. Never got a response or an offer to finish the job. The scheduled time was 9:30 am and they were late. Didn’t start cleaning until 10 am (still charged us for 9:45 arrival - that’s when I left for work and their car wasn’t in our driveway).

Michelles Cleaning

I have used Michelle's Cleaning on two occasions and both experiences were top rate. The first time was a top to bottom deep clean of a house that had not been lived in for a year and had junk everywhere. They were able to get the house in a good livable condition in less than 5 hours. They cleaned walls, floors, windows and even ceilings plus getting rid of garbage. They also cleaned the bath and kitchen to a spotless condition. They also tackled the kitchen stove and refrigerator that both came out excellent. The second cleaning was about 2 months later after I had the house leveled. The foundation repair required digging holes inside the house in at least 6 places with dirt all over the floors. I also had to have the plumbing repaired in the bath that made a mess there as well. There was a trail of dirt from the front to back doors as well as the bedrooms that wouldn't come out. Michelle's crew was able to get the floors in excellent shape and remove all the dust and dirt created by the workmen. Michelle's crew is very professional and extremely courteous and helpful. Michelle is like a general orchestrating a war and coordinates all the workers to a precision team. They are the hardest working crew I've seen in decades and were able to accomplish all my cleaning goals despite the conditions. Michelle is very punctual and charges for the cleaning were reasonable for the amount of effort needed. She had 4 workers plus herself on the first job and 5 plus herself on the second job as I remember. She has saved me literally weeks of effort to bring the old house back to a livable standard.

Michelle is very good about communicating and made me feel like a valued customer right from the start. She and her staff are very flexible when it comes to what they will help with, which is great for anybody living alone. I am so glad to have found this business.
