She is very knowledgeable, professional, and has great personality! Highly recommend this company and highly recommend Lisbeth to do the services. Never used the service, but I'm on 359 and 1093 in Richmond and since their employees break traffic laws while driving a truck with their logo, name and phone number I never will. Date: 07/19 Time 4:05pm got it on my dash cam.

Rene and Tyson were amazing. Tyson was so kind and respectful, and took great care of the services. We were without power( and sprinklers) and he went the extra mile to make sure and water in all the fire ant treatment analog style. Will never use another pest control company! Kind, profession al, local owners and great staff. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you folks!

This was not a good experience. Tech came for a follow-up appointment. The treatment was supposed to dry in 3-4 hours. Seven hours later, the floor was still soaked. We had to dry mop it up, ruining a mop head in the process. And our home still stunk for hours afterwards. I tried to call the company — of course they were closed for the day. I texted the tech. His response was that sometimes things stayed damp longer. Neither were useful responses. Would not recommend at all.

Preventive Pest Control has been our go-to for five years, and we’ve never encountered any issues. Their customer service is exceptional, making it easy to schedule appointments or address any questions. The pest control technicians are friendly and always give us a heads-up before arriving. Highly recommend!

I've used Preventive Pest for at least 15 years in three different residences. My current technician, Michael, is by far the best. He is always on time and very flexible. Can't go wrong here!

My house has been serviced by Preventive Pest Control for a while already. They always provide excellent service with qualified technicians onsite, excellent customer service and follow up on requests. They are always willing to adjust the time of their visits when needed because of weather, availability, etc.

Been with Preventive now for several years and can’t say enough about them. Their customer service and attention to detail is beyond amazing. James has been our point of contact since the beginning. His attention to detail has been spot on compared to the numerous companies we’ve worked with. Can’t recommended enough. Call preventive and make sure to ask for James!!!
