This company was sent to my home by American home shield in October 2023 to repair a roof leak. The company cut I'm to my roof and replaced the plywood and shingles. I was told that all the larks had been repaired and i shouldn't have any issues. Fast forward to July 8th hurricane beryl comes and the 2 areas worked on by this company leaked. Shingles came off but only in the areas that the repairs were done. I have been calling and texting this company for several days but no return call or response to my text. I have attached pictures to show the area that they worked on and my current damages in the same area

A great process start to finish - Russ and the Houston team came to our rescue after Hurricane Beryl. After calling around to many companies, waiting on hold for what felt like forever I called Elite Roofing to help us after the storm. Immediately I felt taken care of, they have incredible communication with their clients, the process of getting an estimate, to having the work completed was less than 48 hours - this is incredibly impressive considering a hurricane had just damaged every corner of the 4th biggest city in the country, we thought we may need to wait weeks for this process to be completed. Even though our repair was minor compared to many after the storm, we were treated like a priority and taken care of quickly. The price was fair for the work done, which helped us make a quick decision to move forward, this was a huge weight off our shoulders while we scrambled to find hotels to stay in until power was restored. Definitely consider them for any of your upcoming Roofing needs, you won't be disappointed.

We got our roof replaced due to hail/wind. Joel and Wes are great. It was a very simple process with Joel’s direction. The day our roof was put on, the crew worked all day and we had zero problems! They are amazing!! It was transparent on the process and They took numerous photos and kept in constant contact with me and the insurance to make sure everything was covered and we were able to replace our entire roof for a very minimal amount out of pocket! Joel/Wes are so thorough the adjuster only asked maybe one or 2 questions. This was our first roof issue and to be honest it was a breeze! I’d recommend Elite not only for the service we got from Joel/Wes/the roofing crew but also because of the lifetime warranty of the tiles/labor. 100% recommend! Side note the black tiles look SO pretty and our house feels much cooler. My husband can now have it on 78 and I still need a blanket during the day!! Win/win

After three estimates I choose Elite Roofing to replace our roof due to hail damage and age of roof.... ultimately Elite did a great job, showing integrity in their workmanship, not cutting corners, replacing several sheets of water damaged decking. Covering landscaping & pool during the removal of old roof...as they said they would. Per quality of their workmanship...no complaints! However, full communication should be in the mix as well, from start to "finished" thus the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Day the job was completed...it was crickets with material left on driveway for days (thank you Tyler for picking up material in your own vehicle). Warranty paperwork and insurance reimbursement...after "several days" of saleperson avoiding my calls, I was fortunate to reach Brooklyn at main office who is currently working with me to complete the process per warranty/ insurance reimbursement....ty Brooklyn.

AHS dispatched Elite Roofing to us when we had a leak around a skylight. It seems the roofers we had before installed the new skylight without attending to the area surrounding it. They scheduled us fairly quickly, given there was a recent bad storm and roofers must have been swamped. Anton came out and arrived even a little early, he inspected our roof both inside and out, and explained to us in detail what repairs would need to be made. As he was up there inspecting, he went above and beyond by examining the entire rooftop, and he was diligent to alert us of a problem area on our siding that we could not see from the ground that required immediate maintenance. We received an estimate which clearly itemized the repair work. Once Anton returned (which we truly appreciate continuity between diagnosis and solution implementation!) he resolved the repairs in a timely manner, and provided pictures of how he even improved the design of the flashing to help alleviate and direct the flow of water away from the skylight - he got it done right! He's quite experienced and knowledgeable and I would feel confident in hiring him for any repair or replacement work. Of course we don't look forward to having more roofing damage and work needed, but the elements and time takes it's toll. We will definitely use them again in the future when the time comes!
