They caused major damages within my house and my neighbors while working on both projects jointly. Took an extra week to repair wall/baseboard breaks, my doorbell system being fried, cleanup outside of paint and stucco never completed. Even had the audacity to try to invoice me for final payment while the cleanup work of their mistakes was still a week from finished. They try to scam you with a subscription service for future checkups as if construction is SaaS. Warranty leak issue inquiries on their sealant work was met with "we'll have to bill you to come see it and credit it against future work with us," which is unheard of. Company is a shell, all their on the ground workers are subcontractors. The original owner was an honest and good man, the new leadership as of 2024 are techbros trying to squeeze you. Do not trust them, I deeply regret doing such an important project with them. Follow up 7/20 got a windows guy came to check and seal the stairwell windows and he showed me pictures where ICE painted over rather than resealed the seam between the hardyboards and stucco, which caused the leaks in the storm. So thanks yet again for not doing the work to spec, running from your warranty the second it needs attention and having the audacity to try to charge me to come look at it for future billing.

I’m super impressed by the work of ICE STUCCO. They were able to determine the leak in my window was caused by my patio terrace not being constructed properly and recommend to redo the patio terrace, amongst other stucco issues. I trusted them to fix the issue and they did and patio terrace looks beautiful and my window no longer is leaking. Their entire team communicated effectively and was professional. I don’t wish stucco / terrace issues on anyone but if you do, their pricing is fair and work is exceptional.
