Great service and very friendly highly recommend them
I’ve done 2 replats, 1st one with another company and 2nd one with EIC. I will never take my business for a replat elsewhere after this great experience. Unbeatable price. Excellent service for replat. Very quickly completed - with no issues. And to top it all off, very sweet and kind people to work with as well. Very informative and prompt. I will be returning for future services.

We had tried giving our replat project to another company who made us waste our time & $ for 2yrs! Emil got it done in a month. It was costly for us but the job got done! We got results in a timely manner.

Would NEVER refer this company. Totally unhelpful, RUDE, and VERY unprofessional. We work with hundreds of surveyors on clients behalf and this COMPANY MAKES OUR JOB DIFFICULT..........Try someone else, worthless and crude, only hopeful their work is accurate as client used them, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I feel the company didn't want new customers to do survey... Because I ask them questions about land survey and requirements for Plat. They didn't want to dealing with me. Thank you

I am very particular about the vegetation on my 3 acre property, the crew from EIC that surveyed it had cut down more vegetation than I felt was required. I was very angry and explained my frustration to them. The owner called me and agreed to meet me at the property the next morning (Christmas Eve morning), he listened to my concerns, looked at the results and agreed that the crew had been over zealous in their cutting. He apologized, shook my hand and committed to make it right which he did. Every company will make mistakes but the manner in which they correct the mistake is what truly defines quality.

We called EIC to get a survey of our lot to have a pool put in. Not only were they quick to respond, their staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Two months after receiving the survey, we needed changes made to the drawings for a Release of Easement from Centerpoint. I called Emil and told him what I needed, he spoke to Centerpoint, called me back the next day. BAM!!! New drawings. Honestly, I figured there would be a hefty penalty for the changes. Was I wrong!!!! Emil saved me $900.00 dollars. Thank you Emil and EIC. I will refer you anyday!!!!
