Even with pneumonia I can muster a few good words for RPLS. Dan is a great source of knowledge and experience as well as a great human being.

Just came to say kuddos to Greenleaf Surveying for clarifying my property line. The new next door neighbor has worn a path on my property between our houses. He also added a fence which is clearly built over and onto my property. Once your surveyors put the stake on the inside of his fence line, he hasn't walked on my property since! So thank you so very much for taking care of my problem. No neighborhood wars here.

Absolutely awful, unprofessional, & rude customer service. I called the number and a lady picked up the phone I asked for her name she hung up the phone I called back thinking the call dropped the phone hung up again I finally get a person on the phone and a lady named "Aracely/Araceli" thought it was absolutely hilarious that I asked "who am I speaking with please?" I stated that I was trying to get a quote/estimate for a survey she continued to laugh I stated "is this how you treat a potential client?" she stated "well most potential clients don't ask the name or the "spelling" of our name!" I stated "well don't I need to reference who I spoke to on the matter?" She continued to laugh! There's nothing funny when you're talking about money/business. I recommend she take her small-scale paycheck and go to charm school!

I am very pleased to have hired Greenleaf Land Surveyors. They
have provided me with nothing but, excellent service. Mike my surveyor
guy was a true blessing to me. He took the time to explain everything to me. He went over and Beyond the Call of Duty. Please make sure this guy stays with the Green leaf team, he is a great asset to the company. If I ever need another survey done, I will be calling on this company again. Thank You

I am so disappointed. I have worked with this company for a few things I needed for my new build. I was excited to work with a company that is reliable. But recently I cannot get a hold of anybody. I am told they would give me a call back and nothing. I have emailed JoAnn and NEVER heard back. I was told she was working from home, that's fine, so am I, but I return my clients emails and calls. COMMUNICATION is extremely important when working with clients, specially when they are paying you for a service. The proposal they sent stated it would be 4-5 days. If they were to just COMMUNICATE and say they were running behind or explain what is going on everything would be fine. They were quick to send me the proposal but not to return my emails.
