We used them for our home purchase. It was low cost, low quality survey, but we got what we paid for. We needed property lines marked later. They asked if I needed corner rods and/or additional markers. I said no. They said that didn't answer the question. I let them know I would need a different question to answer then. (All via email). Some guy called and we got cross real quick, with him sharing the "not interested" message similar to many of the other reviewers below. This is a supply and demand issue. Demand is high, supply is low. They play the numbers game, not the quality game... and I'm sure business is going just fine for them. That may have little to do with the customer experience but again, high demand, low supply, they win.
The absolute worst survey company. I called their office moments ago to check on the status of the survey which they had committed to delivering today before 10 am. The person who answered the phone, Tommy (he did not want to give me his last name) threatened to cancel the survey if I kept bugging him. If any one knows who the owner of this company is I would appreciate your help getting that information.

Not helpful when calling into the office (I am the buyer's agent) almost like they don't want to be bothered. Also, they offer no way to pay remotely or even online, not even ACH! You have to physically go into their office to hand them the payment. Tried asking additional questions and pretty much got hung up on. So many better companies out there, do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Messed up all the properties. Wrote down and pictured other people houses on my papers, and wrote down their property on mines. They did a whole confusing as if it was mix and match game for them. Now I’m dealing with issues and paying more than what I’m suppose to for my house. I need an answer or some type of help with this, its not fair.

I called to have a survey performed on a property I am purchasing. I was asked if I was the buyer and when I said yes, they told me they only accept orders from the agent or title company. I asked if I could order it and pay for the service and they told me no. At the end of the conversation I informed them that I am also the buyers agent (licensed realtor) and they told me to go online. They did not seem interested in the business. I think I dodged a bullet after reading the reviews.

Absolutely terrible company. I don't know how they're still in business honestly. I utilized them for a survey and they missed a massive utility line running underneath my property. It was available in the GIS maps for the city. I requested that they denote the presence of utility line on my survey and I was told they'd be in touch. That was 3 weeks ago and ever since the VP Keith has been blowing me off.

Still waiting on email or phone from J K White. I strong recommend not using because I fixing to have to go to court over the issue they caused!

As of today Keith or Barry White won’t return calls or emails! They came out twice to place pins wrong and on the 3rd do to the title company telling them to go out. They were off by 60ft which cause me to clear land and do dirty work on neighbors land! After spend 12,000 plus my labor I have land that needed to be cleared do to his mistake!

Lack of Honesty.
Will Not do what they say.
Find another company.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. A year and a half of promises for a document, I called them dozens of time with No return phone call. I have email correspondence from Stafford Parks stating their surveyors left an encroachment ,a fence, off of the survey,' but it's in the notes the company say's"the company said they would send an chronological survey document of the property, never received it. Countless phone conversations with Stafford and K White, them saying give me your number will get back to you or yeah the document will be on its way to you in a couple weeks.
Again the worst company ever.
