Nita and her team replaced all of our windows (~30 total) last year. She was easy to work with, but more importantly she was very precise and professional. There were several instances where something was not quite right (where we would NEVER have noticed) and instead of just moving on with it being good enough, she told us what was not up to expectations and how she was going to handle it. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who has such exacting standards and does not settle for less than ideal. I would highly recommend FRS.

Nita and her team recently completed phase two of our window replacement project and I highly recommend working with FRS. When our journey began in early 2018, I had a dozen or so rotting windows/sills, termite damage and it was time for new exterior paint. I spoke to a LOT of different contractors. Nita gave by far the best explanation of not only the different options for replacement windows, but also of the installation process and how other repairs would be addressed. She was on site at least once, and often multiple times, every day to direct the crew, deal with any issues (there was WAY more wood rot than we were expecting in a couple places) and her attention to detail is beyond compare. Her communication with me throughout was amazing. I always knew who was coming when and what they would be working on that day. I expected the same when we replaced the other half of the windows this year to fully complete the project and was not disappointed. It’s so nice to have windows that I don’t have to wrestle with for 20 minutes to (hopefully) open, our energy bills are much lower and our house looks fantastic. There is one other facet of my experience that I’m super excited about. The next time I have a project, I already have a contractor that I know and trust. Just call Nita.
