We recently purchased a 3-panel sliding door from Pella and were extremely satisfied with our experience. From the beginning, sales associate Kenneth Christoph was outstanding. He walked us through the entire process, answering all our questions and ensuring we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. Kenneth’s commitment to customer service didn’t stop there; he even met us on the day of the installation to ensure everything was perfect. The service we received was A+ and definitely 5 Stars. I highly recommend Pella for their exceptional service and quality products. If you’re in the market for a new sliding door, you won’t be disappointed with Pella and the excellent customer care provided by Kenneth Christoph.
We are very pleased with our new windows and new door at Matagorda. They look great and are keeping our house very cool. Everyone did a great job and were always very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Thank you to everyone at Pella!

UPDATE - The Manager convinced my husband to take the door. Installation was finally on May 31st.
Pro: good fit, installed within 6 hours, first impression good quality
Contra: cable for alarm sensor was destroyed during installation (needed to go wireless - additional cost), color for overcoating nails in frame does not really match original
A promising start with a complete disappointment!
We ordered our new front door end of February. With an estimated delivery of 6 weeks. Received a date for installation April 30 (8 weeks - but ok). Received on April 27 the information, that installation has to be postponed to May 10. Received on May 5 a phone call, that installation might be possible on May 24. Decided to cancel the whole project to start over - with another (hopefully) reliable company.

Cant say enough good about my Pella window experience. I purchased the Pella 250 Series after deciding I would give Pella a call, originally thinking I wouldn’t be able to afford them. After a personal home visit from Mr Kenneth Christoph and getting my quote I knew they were the right choice. They changed the entire look of my home and I am absolutely thrilled with the final product. The windows are beautiful, black on the outside, white on the inside. We enjoy the convenience of opening them with ease whenever we want some fresh air and even my teenage son keeps talking about how nice they are. We are so happy we went with Pella. The customer service and every step of the process was top notch. The cost for all my windows was half of what Anderson windows had quoted me for only replacing three windows so give Kenny at Pella a call, it’s worth your time to check them out!!

I recently had Pella Reserve windows installed on my residence. The entire process, from selection, purchase and installation went great!!
I began the process by meeting with Kenneth Christoph, from Pella. He listened to what I wanted, then made a suggestion that we visit the showroom to actually see the window design I initially wanted. After looking at the options, and hearing his suggestions, I selected the traditional reserve. I was concerned about the quality of the install/contractor, so Kenneth set up a date and brought the contractor over to review the project and to answer my specific concerns. After several meetings at my home, and calls with Kenneth over this entire process, I can't say enough about the fine job he did. He was even at my home during the install, just to ensure everything was as I wanted/expected. "Kenneth, if you see this feedback, - just know that my wife and I and very grateful for all your work, in making this project go so well" . We love the windows!!!
Geraldo's install team were outstanding. He and his crew took great care in removing my old windows, and installing the new ones. It was a two day process, with several challenges. I can not be more pleased with the quality of the install work.
The windows look fantastic!!! And, the entire process went very smooth, well beyond my expectations. I've attached some photos:

Props to the entire Pella team for the purchase and installation of my windows.
We live on Galveston Island and met Brian from Pella to answer questions about what we were looking for after looking at other options. Brian was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the windows especially the ones that were Hurricane rated.
We decided to go with Pella and the Defender Series as they provided what we were looking for here on the island.
The office communicated the visits and the installation date without issue and were very friendly.
The Installation team was on time and very well prepared. They installed a large living room window and two kitchen windows all while keeping things cleaned and they paid attention to detail, which is what i was looking for. I expected to do some type of touch up work or cleaning but they took care of all of it. Nothing missed. Gerardo did a walk through and made sure everything was the way we wanted it. I couldnt have been happier with the install and I can be a bit picky.
If you are someone who needs multiple quotes on new windows, i would recommend you give Pella a shot! They are obviously not on the cheap end for replacement or even new windows but they are most definitely absolutely worth every penny! Thanks Brian and Gerardo, awesome job.

Overall, I had a fabulous experience! Hannah, sales lady, was delightful to work with, and explained to me all my options. The installation crew, led by Gerardo, was outstanding! They were on time, very professional, and kept everything extremely clean. They covered all my furniture and floors, it was cleaner when they left than when they got there. Our windows were 30 years old in a 50 year old house, they made everything fit perfectly. I would highly recommend!
