Ram Windows visited my home and measured the windows I was looking to have replaced. They sent over quote 77491 within a couple days. When I was ready to put the order in the following week. And requested documents showing that the subcontractor installing the windows would be insured under Ram Window's policy. Which I did because of all the bad reviews. They emailed a new quote 77835 which was 40 percent higher. Explaining that the system had an error on pricing and taxes. I responded via email as requested. If Ram windows would like to make things right. Feel free to call and let's make a deal on pricing.
