We live in a bungalow that is nearing 100 years old. Our original door had survived physical adjustments to any foundation shifts and hard abuse! After our house life and releveling, it was time to retire her. Southern Doors made the process easy and everyone was helpful and friendly. Although I do much of my own home repair and maintenance, I did not want the responsibility of replacing the 100 yo door and deal with the frame. Alberto came to the house and made all the required measurements to get it on order. It was evident he was very experienced! We chose a solid wood with no windows and a cherry stain. Alberto brought the door out just as scheduled. He and his 'assistant' :-) were so professional and so personal that it was like having family do the work. The door looks absolutely gorgeous and we are very happy with the process, service and the product.

From the salesperson, Becky, to the installer, Mario and his helper, these folks were excellent. Becky listened to our wants and came along side helping us make good choices while paying attention and answeing our questions. Mario came out before the installation, took measurements, walked us thru every location of door installation letting us know what to expect. We had our new door installed on 6-15-23. We came to Sothern Front through Michael Berry, and had met with another company prior to traveling to their showroom. Not only did we get great service in the showroom, the installer, Fernando, was very good, and did a fantastic job. The new door, a dark mahogany color, is just beautiful. They did the entire job, with the deluxe weather sealing package, for 1/3 of the other quote. Yes, it’s true. They then carted off our old door. Our old door is on the left. The new door is on the right, an inside and outside view, and it is beautiful.
