Joel from Appliance Doctors of Central Texas helped us on two separate occasions. One time with a dishwasher and at a different occasion with a refrigerator. Both times we were extremely impressed with Joel’s patience, professionalism, knowledge and his ability to explain the problem in a way that’s easy to understand. Joel showed up on time and per my request, he called me when he arrived, allowing me to secure my dogs before he rang the doorbell. Then he looked at my stove and showed me it wasn't broken, but I simply didn't operate it right. He told me without making feel dumb and showed me 2 other options I had not used. He could have soaked me for a repair I thought I needed but he was honest. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had a technician come out June 12th, let us know that our dishwasher needed a new panel and would be in touch with updates. Even left the business card magnet. I have called, texted, left voicemails over 10+ times. I have received zero response from anyone. This company was contracted by my home insurance Fidelity National Home Warranty. I have involved them as well and all they keep saying is they are waiting on a report from a technician in order to determine next steps. It is now June 28th. Both experiences have been terrible. Neither company responds, calls back, or has a number of email for an escalation team. terrible experience.

Joel came out to fix my beverage cooler and he answered any questions I had. There were a couple different things to repair, but it's been running well since replacing a part and giving it new freon.

Joel is a great guy, easy to talk to and checked the old unit before replacing it, just to make sure the unit actually was dead. He was here at 8am as promised. They are local to the Hutto highlands area. All of our ice makers are about to quit because all these homes were built at the same time in the highlands. Give em a call!

I originally got the information on Appliance Doctors Of Central Texas from the home warranty company I chose when we first bought this house.
Joel himself came out and repaired my Samsung refrigerator. When The Repair wasn’t quite successful, he came back fiddled with it again and fixed it. It has not had that problem in the past three years.
So when I again had a problem with my Samsung Refrigerator I called him. He came out, put a temporary repair on my freezer so that I didn’t lose any of my frozen food and then returned with the replacement part and fixed it.
I was impressed that he was able to come up with a temporary fix using make shift materials to keep that freezer running until he got Appropriate replacement parts. We had lived through over a week of no electricity during a cold snap in February 2023. So to be able to salvage my frozen food was wonderful. Joel is very knowledgeable, personable and a joy to work with. You will not be disappointed.

My washing machine sounded like it was going to take off through the ceiling during the spin cycle. Appliance Doctors provided prompt and professional service in diagnosing the issue and making needed repairs . I highly recommend this company for any appliance that is keeping you up at night.
