We noticed water leaking from the ceiling inside a shower stall and realized it was coming from our attic. At first it looked like the problem was from our water heater so we had a plumber come out. Our plumber got us in touch with Dry Force who arrived within about 1.5 hours after we called which was fine considering it was about 10:00pm when we called them. We were very thankful that they showed up that late and didn't make us wait until the morning. We went ahead and signed the agreement for the work order and they began setting up by placing a large dehumidifier in the bathroom with the shower. It was only then that my husband remembered that his business has used another water removal company and wanted a 2nd opinion. Dry Force was gracious enough to put our work on hold. They left their dehumidifier with us until the other company was able to come out. Obviously, we shouldn't have signed the work order with them if we were going to get a 2nd opinion. But one of the managers, Keith Simmonds, reached out to me and was really great about this awkward situation. In the end we did not use Dry Force - but only because my husband preferred to work with the company that he already has a relationship with. Keith said he would not charge us anything. Even though I was willing to pay for having their dehumidifier in my home for 2 days. He said it wasn't a problem. When they came to pick up their equipment, they were again very gracious and asked if we had any questions or concerns. So everyone we encountered were really nice and never showed annoyance even after we decided to go with another company. I would give 5 stars but since we didn't really use their services, I can't speak about their work.
Highly recommend! Dave was my technician and he was awesome! Punctual, friendly professional and fair. He explained how he determines the extent of water damage and he didn’t make up problems that don't exist. Thanks Dave!

Dry Force provided outstanding service during a water emergency in our home. We had a water heater that sprung a leak late in the evening on a Friday night, and by the time we discovered it, the back of the house already had standing water. First thing the next day, we notified our insurance company, but not a single adjuster was available. We were unable to speak with an adjuster until the following Monday afternoon. Obviously, we couldn't wait three days to begin the mitigation process, so we contacted Dry Force.
Dry Force sent a team within hours to begin containment of the standing water to prevent further damage, shutoff the water source and start to bring in equipment to begin drying the affected floors, walls and furnishings. Our insurance company made it difficult for Dry Force to do their job by challenging all the efforts being made to bring the situation under control in order to evaluate damages and get to the point of reconstruction. But the folks at Dry Force met every challenge and took on the responsibility of haggling on our behalf with the insurance company through the entire process.
Every representative Dry Force sent out - and they were many - was courteous and professional. We finally are finished with the entire project and so pleased with the outcome! George Horton, who managed the reconstruction team, came out on the final day to inspect the job. We were able to thank him in person for a job well done. But we also want to give a shout-out to all the people who helped us, even if we were unable to name each one above. Thanks to all of you!
So, would we call Dry Force again, if needed? That's a definite YES!

When you have water leak from outside/inside call Dry Force to get the water out and repair the damage. We had a leak at bathroom sink which wasn't discovered soon enough. Our go-to plumber (Legacy Plumbing) got us fixed up with Dry Force who came the next day to start the water extraction process. I took photos of what they installed in bathroom. Made it a bit awkward getting into closet etc but we managed. The heat injection machine (yellow with black hoses) is very very loud. Add the large blue fan and the noise is something else. But getting the water out is what's most important. Started on Thu, came back on Sat to check drop in humidity and removed equipment on Tue. Called Dry Force to setup restoration work and he arrived as scheduled. It only took about 45 minutes to put the door back on and a new toe kick plate to cover where the hoses went under cabinet. All's well.
