Katy cleaning has done an excellent job on my house. I am out of town a lot, and it is so nice to come home to a clean house. I like that they let me know the day before, what time they will be arriving. It usually never matters to me since I am usually out of town. They are very reliable and trustworthy. I don’t have any issues with leaving them alone in my house, nor do I have issues with giving them access to enter my house. I have been using them for over a year now, and they only take about 2 hours to make my house “spik and span”. I priced other cleaning services, and Katy cleaning is the best!!!

We’ve been using Katy Cleaning for 4 years. Even throughout the pandemic, they always have been very responsive and done a great job cleaning our home. Their prices are reasonable for the service, and we highly recommend them for regular house cleaning services.

I hired Katy Cleaning Services for a one time deep clean. The 3 ladies that came to my home were absolutely kind and had great customer service. They were kind to my kids and very kind to me. The reason I had to rate them 3 stars and not 5 is because f a few issues. They did miss some spots. The ceiling fans weren't dusted, the windows weren't dusted, they just take a cloth and wipe in larger strokes up and down, not dusting the blinds individually. Also, they vacuum well, but I have crumbs and such lining the walls, which was a bummer because now I have to vacuum along the sides of my walls and dust myself after paying $240 for a "deep clean" on my 1620 sq ft home. Their vacuum didn't have the attachment to suction the corners of the walls, it was an older model vacuum. Also the pull pin (to switch from a bath to a shower) in my smaller bathroom shower is no longer working, I fear they broke it while trying to clean it so now my shower won't work in one of my bathrooms.now that will be an extra cost for me to fix. While cleaning the stove the knobs were left turned but I was able to turn them back so I could take photos. Rest of the house was great though.
