Nathan came to repair our washer and did an excellent job. It is back working great! He also gave us tips on how to keep our old workhorse running for many years to come.
Nathan is a great resource for appliance repair. He has helped us with oven, refrigerator and freezer issues. He is knowledgeable, thorough, straightforward and honest. On one visit where I thought the compressor was going - he diagnosed it as excess ice - easily fixed without an expensive repair.

Excellent in every respect - highly recommend.
Washer stopped working. After researching self repair option the risk/benefit determined calling a repairman was appropriate.
Not knowing of any, simply searched iMap for washer repair and after several unsuccessful calls, found America's Appliance Repair Service.
Very helpful from the start.
Easy communications, prompt, knowledgeable, quick to come out, diagnosed Motor Control Board failure, back next day with replacement and had us back in service.

I called 17 other appliance companies. Only America's was familiar with my Italian oven AND would come to our rural area. Nathan fixed my oven and Kathy did great job communicating.
They are now my GO TO appliance repair.

The technician was very professional and helpful and he listened to what we had to say about the issue we were having with our refrigerator. Even though at the time he couldn't find anything wrong but he did say if it keeps happening just call the company and come back out to look. I recommend this company to anyone especially if you have samsung appliances.

I did a Google search for someone to help with a dishwasher that wasn't cleaning and ended up calling America's Appliance Repair. Nathan took my call was able to see me the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately didn't have the part so it was ordered and about a day and half later he was able to get the part and fix the dishwasher. It's now cleaning better than new! Overall, the whole experience was positive. Nathan was professional and answered all my questions as well as helped to navigate my options. I felt like the value was worth the money spent and time saved. I will be using them again should the need arise. Overall great value, customer service and I appreciate it's a local business that I can support.

The tech was knowledgeable and resolved the issues with our refrigerator, but recommended that we not spend a lot of money to fix an error code when the dryer still worked. We appreciated the honesty and not charging us for something that didn’t have to be fixed. I would definitely call America’s Appliance Repair again.

Nathan did a great job! He was fast, very professional and saved me money when he discovered the problem with my oven was easier to repair than his original bid. Will definitely use them again.
