Fred and his son Ryan were great and professional. Spoke with Fred over the phone and we were able to diagnose the potential problem to verify he had the parts in stock to perform the repair if it came to that. The work was done on the same day, and i was able to pick up our RV. Now the generator doesnt shut off with from hitting bumps on the road. I will definitely be coming back to these guys for any future work, or new generator purchases!

Fred is the absolute best. He is super nice, knowledgeable and has never once make me feel like I have asked a silly question, and I ask quite a few. He is the only person I will let touch our mobile grooming van. I highly recommend Gen-Tech & I love working with Fred.

I emailed Fred 2 days ago, he responded very quickly. Said he could fix our generator the next day while we waited. He did that and also repaired an electrical problem that we did not even know about. Charged a very fair rate and we were on our way home in 3 hours. Very good service from very good people. I would recommend him to anyone.
