They upgraded an existing dock for our fire department several years ago. Overall less than average job. Specifically the anchor points and installation are poorly located and installed. Most importantly the dock has never been close to level. With the boat in the lift it is especially bad. When they finally sent someone out to repair the problem after numerous calls, it did not rectify the problem. The man they sent out informed me that he was not trained on Hydro Lift systems and that the only one in the company that was had left. The company had no one that was trained and certified to install the Hydro Lifts.

This company is amazing!!!! Amazing quality of work and super affordable. I am the owner of Liquid Thrillz Boat Rentals and we had a 3 year permit process to get our dock approved through LCRA and Dependable Docks was there every step of the way to help fight for approval. They are super responsive and got back with me right away if they missed a call and helped navigate what seemed like an impossible goal to reach. I received several bids for this large project and they were by far the most affordable and used the highest quality parts. Everything from permitting down to the day of install and the build I was kept fully informed and their staff was very accommodating to any last minute changes or adjustments. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Dan and his guys. I will be using them in the future for everything dock related and would highly recommend them if you are building/permitting a dock.

These guys built my dock a little over a year ago and i have had them do other work as well. Good quality product at a fair price. Would highly recommend. Dan is great to work with.

We recently had our dock built and installed by Dependable Docks. I first started the process of looking for dock builders about a year and a half ago. I wanted to ensure that I was choosing someone that would answer all of my endless questions and who knew a lot about docks in general. I can honestly say that I would choose Dependable Docks over and over again. Dan was always extremely knowledgeable and was responsive over the entire process. He explained everything to me (even if I asked the same question twice) and he was really a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Dan and all of his crew at Dependable Docks!!

These might be the greatest dock people on the face of the earth… But I have no idea because they absolutely do not return phone calls. I have a dock in Lago Vista that needs serious repair and I’ve called these people five times with no response. How in the hell do they run a business that way?
