One thing I look for whenever I work with a company is transparency, Honesty, and quality service. Not only did they go above and beyond With their quality service But even with their pricing. From A-to-Z The quality in their customer service Was impeccable. From the moment I walked into the door, Omar Helped me find a product, Took it to my car, Measured my house and presented me a quote and walked me through it from top to bottom. He explained to me how the installation will go and he delivered. The installation team was very nice and kind and worked very hard to ensure that everything went smoothly. Uzi, who was the assigned Project manager made sure that all my questions were answered and that The installation went very smooth. They Made my dream become a reality and I’m forever thankful For Omar and his team. If you want to work with a company that Go out of their way To make sure that Their work is quality, then go to All American flooring. 10/10

When we first walked in, Omar helped me and my wife and showed a great deal of knowledge on the type of flooring and what would be best for us. Omar and Hamza came and explained the whole process from start to end what the replacement of our carpet with tiles would look like. Claudia reached out later to get it scheduled the very next day which I appreciated immensely. The installation team were expected to take 4-5 days only took 2 days in total working all day. Additionally they took the extra steps to clean up and paint up any scuffs they left from pulling the boards. We appreciated their quick and honest work.

We recently purchased luxury vinyl planks from All American flooring. This specific product was out of stock in major stores but when we went to All American, Mohammad was able to get in touch with his contact at the manufacturer and get us the floor in a week. Mohammad was fantastic, very responsive to our questions and updates on the floor. We love the floors we got from here. Thanks for your great customer service!

Musa, Omar, and Mohammed all helped me at the Lewisville showroom. Their service was excellent. Offered my wife and I coffee and played our suggested music as we selected products for our new home. What an experience!
Omar helped us finalize our contract and gave us 10% off our total balance and 5% off because they were running a special on Mohawk engineered wood.
Finally, came installation date after a week and half of signing the contract. Installation service was just as good as the service provided the moment we walked in. They were professional, swift, and clean. We did the final walk through with the installation crew lead and as expected, they were impeccable.
Thank you for the awesome service! Definitely recommending All American Flooring to all our friends and family! 5 stars!

Super frustrated with my interaction with this company.
Spoke to Meckdad about finishing a demolition for our office space. Sent him photos (posted below) and gave him square footage. We needed about 200sq ft of tile removed and glue removed on 1300 sq ft. He quoted me and said demo could be next day but he’d call to confirm.
Get a call back, quote went up $100 and time pushed back an additional 2 days. No big deal, let’s do it.
The scheduler called me next day and tried to schedule it a week out. I told her no, can’t happen. She was able to get it scheduled a day earlier than originally planned which was great!
They sent one guy who was shocked when he got there, as he was told it was one small room. It was clear nothing was communicated to him. He started working and then promptly told us he couldn’t complete it.
This is super frustrating. Meckdad called me back and said it would be more money, so I told him no…I sent you photos and footage so this was on them. He agreed that he messed up. We cancelled the job and as of now I’m still waiting to hear back on my refund.
If you can’t honor your quote, then don’t quote it at all. Or at least pay attention to the information I give you and communicate that to your workers properly. Make sure if you deal with this company you are all on the same page.
