Our experience with Texas Traditions was excellent! Gil and his team did an amazing job, start to finish. The pool, patio and cabana building project we hired them to complete was managed professionally and thoroughly. Any concerns or questions have been promptly addressed, and Gil’s above-and-beyond support has been greatly appreciated. A high level of customer care is what one would hope for in a major investment like this, and we got that and more. Thank you for the outstanding work and service. We love our new backyard!
We had a terrific experience with Texas Traditions! We got 8 different estimates to renovate our backyard and pool, and Texas Traditions was the only one that was able to deliver all of our wants and stay within our budget. Gil was a fantastic project manager and great communicator. Our project was very extensive and was completed in about 2 months. Just one small complaint...we have a footprint in the concrete of the pool deck that was never fixed. I think this was mainly an issue with the concrete subcontractor never coming back out to address it despite Gil contacting them multiple times. Overall a great experience!

Keith was incredible to work with he has a great design eye and very responsive. The crew was incredible and clean! We are very happy with the outcome and got the backyard of our dreams. He even dealt with all the crazy requests like pink turf ?

Gil and his team were phenomenal through the entire process. They listened to us through the design process and provided multiple options to better fit our budget. Gil has also been more than helpful post completion! He has always picked up his phone and answered questions or made a visit to ensure all is well. The level of detail and care you'll find within this company is something you won't receive everywhere! I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends! Thanks for all the help Gil, you built us the pool we've always wanted!!

We are so happy with our pool from Texas Tradtions! We worked with Gil as our project manager and I have nothing but great things to say about him, his service, follow up and continued support. He was diligent, easy to work with, knowledgeable and thorough. He really made the process easy. The pool itself has been used to it's fullest, the products they sell are super easy to use, they connect to my smart home, and really make our yard pop! I highly recommend Gil and the team he has at Texas Traditions!
