The folks at Rebuild Texas are all very professional and happy to explain what they're doing and why. I was given fair inspections and estimates and they worked with State Farm to make the claim process easier, including an amendment to cover code-related upgrades that State Farm then paid for. Communications were frequent so I always knew when things would happen such as work crew arrival, payments, etc. Andrew Blacklock was the Project Manager on my recent roof replacement this summer and he was excellent from start to finish. This is the second roof I've had to replace in 3 years due to hail (different homes) and used Rebuild Texas both times. They are a top notch company.
After evaluating a variety of roofers after a storm, I needed a fresh start.
I called Rebuild Texas because of the reviews they had and let me tell you they did not disappoint.
My project manager was Brandon Hocker.
Brandon was fantastic throughout the whole process and showcased what the company’s website promised.
There are so many good things to point out; but to keep it short what stuck out the most is..... Brandon was very available for any questions or concerns. Additionally, he was present during construction and even going through the yard himself to help clean up.
Lastly, Brandon discussed how well he likes working for Rebuild Texas which shows the the company cares about their employees as well.

Words cannot express my satisfaction with Rebuild Texas Roofs. If there was an option for 6 stars I'd more than happily rate them that. Aside from the work being solid, timely, and efficient,- the intangibles demonstrated by this company are stellar. They are honest and genuine in their estimate and have a true concern for providing a reliable service for a reasonable cost. I speak so highly because the situation I was in was somewhat unique. My home insurance was going to be temporarily suspended until I had spotty areas on my roof fixed. (There were sporadic shingles missing around my roof) After doing my research, I was well aware of companies attempting to charge anywhere from $350-$1000 just for mere shingle repairs. I spoke with JENNIFER., suffice it to say I was able to find the lowest estimate that would compete with any other rival roofing company. She came out personally the next day and completed work in 2.5 hours. The process was seamless and exceptional. Our family will return to them with all our roofing needs, and will be the first and only name mentioned as it relates to referrals. The way it is today with many companies, attempting to exploit consumer ignorance, - it is a relief to feel in good hands knowing you aren't dealing with a company whose only intention is to financially extrapolate the most out of the consumer. My husband and I are very pleased with the overall service we received from Rebuild Texas. Jennifer was excellent to work with during the entire process. She is personable as well as professional. The roofers did an excellent quality job and left the yard clean. The gutter team was top notch. Their work surpassed our expectations (and my husband is picky).
We highly recommend Jennifer and her team at Rebuild Texas. Customer service goes a long way!

I recently worked with Rebuild Texas to help repair my roof. They were able to get the job done in just a day. I worked with Nick Rosheisen to help understand the insurance process and how we could use the insurance best to pay for the repairs.

Rebuild Texas did a phenomenal job! The contractor, Jennifer, that was assigned to me was awesome. She was super nice and very knowledgeable. She handled everything for me and made the process extremely easy. She even contacted my insurance company for me when they tried to not pay for the hail damage. I was trying to sell my house and had to do it quickly. She was able to get me scheduled and done before my closing date. The crew who did the roof was also amazing. they did the whole thing in one day. they stayed after and did a very thorough job of cleaning up so there was no debris or nails left in my lawn. And the finished roof looks amazing! To add one more positive note, my insurance company was dragging their feet on paying for the project. For whatever reason, they reimbursed the cost of the new roof in three separate checks, and it took almost 3 months to get all three checks. Rebuild Texas was very patient with me and never once made me feel rushed to get the checks knowing that it wasn't my fault. Jennifer made the time to come to me and collect the checks so i didn't have to drive to her or miss work to drop the checks off. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Rebuild Texas!

Jennifer and the Rebuild Texas Team were extremely friendly and professional. Jennifer helped me through the entire process from filing the claim with my home insurance to the actual day of my new roof. She was extremely knowledgeable and kept in contact with me the entire time. I highly recommend them!

Matt Netzel and his partner Brian Page from Rebuild Texas are true professionals. If you have never experienced a roof replacement or even if you have, a Senior Project Manager like Matt will make the whole process a rewarding experience and I know that sounds like a lot. They had repaired several roofs in our neighborhood so I had no problem asking them to inspect my roof for damages. From the the initial inspection, working alongside the adjuster and interpreting the glut of information passed on by your insurance company, they can make it all a very satisfying and understandable experience. Their followup and services are top of the line and I will gladly recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors. On top of that, Matt is a Vet and that made our decision to select Rebuild Texas a shoo-in.

We recently contracted Rebuild Texas to replace our roof. We chose to go with them since the level of information provided and the focus on exceptional customer service stood out over others. Becky Bayers was the prime on our project and she was awesome! The attention to details was appreciated. Her presence during the job to ensure a high quality installation was appreciated. The roof turned out beautifully! I highly recommend this firm for your roofing needs!
