I would like to leave a “minus stars” for this organization. However, I am limited by their “stars” rating. I cancelled this “service” in September of 2023. Got NASTY message today regarding “nonpayment”. Called, connected to nasty guy who said “OK! We’ll just turn it over to “collections”!! Good luck with that, Sport!!!

Have had appointments multiple times that no one showed up for. The last time it happened, when the window of time they said they would be there within ended, I called every hour and was assured over 5 phone calls/hours someone was coming and no one ever came. Waited 8-5, all day long. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told there was none and to just wait.

The transition from Mr D’s was tough. They tried to invoice us but we were paid for a year. They reviewed it and agreed. Then never came to deliver second pre-paid service and have raised prices and are sending annual invoice again before delivering what has been paid for.

Terrible customer service! I will cancelling my contract with them. On 04/22 I had an appointment at 4:30 to have my house and yard sprayed. The technician called me about 3:15 and asked if he could come by the house now. I told him I was at work and that I had made arrangements to leave about 4 for my 4:30 appointment. The technician told me that I was the last client of the day and he “didn’t have anything to do while he waited for my appointment and asked if we could reschedule for the following day, 04/23. I was annoyed but told him that was fine. He told me he’d be out the following day at 4:30. I made arrangements to leave work early again. The technician never showed up. I called the office number which takes you to a call center, not the local office. I told the customer service rep what happened and she apologized and said she’d send a message to the local office to let them know what happened and that a manager would call me today. I still haven’t heard anything, which is extremely frustrating considering a pay monthly to have their services. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I know.

I paid for a year's service of weed control and fertilizer. The first two treatments were good but they only sprayed 1/2 the yard two more times. I called to complain and they don't have a record of me other than cashing my check. I've called three times and was told the manager would return my call in 24 hours. That never happened. I actually have spoken with Alex their technician four times and he scheduled me four times,but never called or showed up. The last time, he even guaranteed that he would do it himself. Once again, no call - no show. I just want what I paid for. Plus I have my annual termite inspection with them. My next call is to the BBB.

I had a great experience with this company. I was skeptical at first, yes, because of reviews. They; however, did show up on time. They were very profesional. They did bring the wrong product for preventive care initially, but this was easily resolved by a phone call. On the next treatment visit, all was corrected. I was so impressed that I have booked them for continued treatment. Very impressed.

I called to start services with this company and I'm glad I caught their mistake before it was too late. When I called in, I informed the lady we were having an issue with flies. She assured me it would be no problem and their services include fly treatment. She gave me the package details and advised me I would only be charged $99 for their special today March 1st and monthly billing would begin on April 1st at $89 per month which included services for mosquitoes. We scheduled an appointment for both a technician and inspector to come out today, March 1st, between 4-5pm. Within a couple of days, I received an email with the contract. Upon reading the contract, flies are NOT covered under the pest control services. In addition, it showed I would be charged $214 for the initial service and then $89/mo. When I woke up this morning to a totally different amount having been charged in my bank account I was already leaning toward cancelling the service as the pests I needed covered was not but was willing to pay extra for that service if needed. However, what sealed the deal though, is when the technician came 4 hours earlier than our agreed upon appointment time. I immediately called to cancel the service and receive a refund and will warn anyone else looking for services to steer clear of BugOut also!

I was a former D's customer and paid for the 4 seasons package. However, BugOut took over that contract and now they won't stop bothering me. They call me like 5 times a week to say I owe them money and keep scheduling me for appointments, but I've never used this company before. And definitely wouldn't now.
