Terrible customer service. They told me 2 weeks to survey our lot and it was more than a month, then they surveyed the wrong lot, and now are billing me for the wrong survey job even though I paid for the correct one. They are taking no fault and telling me I didn't give them all the needed information. They insist I still owe for the lot they surveyed that isn't mine even though I gave them the correct address from day 1. Terrible business ethics and has been arguing with us for days about it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We had an odd surveying issue, and Abacus took the time to answer our questions. They were professional, courteous, and very straightforward. We appreciate their willingness to help and for being friendly in the process.

I generally never take the time to do a rating, but people need to know not to waste their time hiring this company.
A contractor and I politely asked them several times to flag the corners of the lot they provided a lot certificate for, and each time they said they would do it, but never followed through, though they promised over the phone that they would.

John surveyed my house and I noticed the address was wrong. I called him and asked if he would correct it, and he refused. I paid for that survey!! It was wrong, and he refused to do anything about it. He was rude and uncaring. I asked if he even cared about his business. Apparently, he doesn't. Do not use Abacus Surveyors. He does not care about his work, his customers, or his business. I am going to pray for him!!!!

Horrible service, they broke my sprinkler and dug up my cable and phone wire, and I wasn't even the property being surveyed. They didn't even have the decency to fix it, or even notify me. I was right next door, what the hell!!
