Overall

I requested to disconnect my service 2 months ago. I spoke to Greg, he assured me that it will as soon as I pay my last bill. 2 months later I found out they did not, and still send me bills.. grrr....
Update.
I emailed Aeon, Greg personally helped me to resolve the problem. Thank you Greg

This company is so kind and helpful! I needed a video clip from a security camera they manage (with the owner’s consent) and they went out of their way to quickly deliver exactly the clip I needed. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

Aeon Systems provides expectional customer service. We have been using Aeon in our business for over a year and recently added it our sister company. We use Aeon for both Security alarm monitoring and Fire alarm monitoring. Greg Wright, the GM, helped to save us thousands of dollars that other companies were quoting by retrofitting our current system to meet city and fire marshall requirements. The entire team at Aeon is professional, helpful and responds to our needs quickly.

Super friendly and great service. I am an ex-information technology person that loves to do this type of stuff myself. I had been researching security camera systems for about a month, almost taking the online order route. The best decision I ever made was having Aeon Systems come out for a bid. They proposed better equipment with a better warrantee. The bonus... It was way less expensive than the equipment I initially proposed. They did carry the equipment in my proposal, and lead me to something better and less expensive, that says a lot. They also take care of any service, even giving you loner equipment so your system stays up. You don't get that ordering online. My system is working flawlessly, but glad it is an option. Since they are a local business, you can develop a relationship without having to deal with someone different all the time. I really had a great experience and will continue using Greg and the crew as my security experts. Great job guys!
