I have nothing but positive things to say about Pablo and his team of C5 Construction. Our exterior staircase was going to happen in conjunction with the rest of the backyard renovation so there was a lot of waiting game until it was time for him to get things started on his end. Even though I first met him in July 2023 to go over the design, get quote, etc., the actual installation didn't take place until May 2024. Pablo is extremely patient, never pressures you, easily reachable, and just all around a pleasant person to work with. The whole thing was done in about 3 weeks. The other contractors that were coming in and out due to our backyard reno was praising how solid the staircase and was very impressed by its engineering and workmanship. I strongly encourage to look into C5 Construction for your staircase design and installation. I am so happy how it turned out, and it's truly one of the best additions to our backyard reno.

I had the worst experience with a prior contract and a tight schedule and I called Pablo Monday afternoon who was so nice, provided a quick design and reasonable quote within a couple of hours. By Wednesday our project was complete! Outstanding customer service, quality finish AND they left our floors cleaner than when they arrived... Win!! Highly highly recommend this company.

C5 Construction did an impressive job on our stair, stairwell, and hallway railing installation. Miguel was very responsive and both he and the crew were always punctual. He was able to match my inspiration picture to a T. Martin and Armando did a beautiful job on the installation. Always working hard with good attention to detail. They were respectful of our home and took care to cover all floors and furniture. The new stairs and railings look beautiful and we are very pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend. Photos show original stairwell prior to drywall removal and after new railing installation (pre-painting/staining).

One of the balusters broke on our stair railing and I’ve tried calling everywhere for a repair. Most places wouldn’t repair unless the work was $1,500 at minimum or the other places wouldn’t call me back at all. C5 Construction was the only place that called me back and also took the time to find an exact match to the baluster on our staircase. The quality of the repair was amazing, efficient, and affordable! I definitely recommend their services!
