False Promise after False Promise since April 2018 we were the 4th house in west oak subdivision and were told just like our neighbors that have since moved in that our gates would be closed as soon as the neighborhood was @ 80% capacity which has come and gone, next was the signature from every resident also which has come and gone, HOA meeting regarding the gates closures back in 2020 yeah also false promises, it’s time for our voices to be heard and let us handle our own HOA, as a summary about this company stay away if they are advertised in your area Definitely not a good company to do business with “Domain Development Corp” ?? Emails showing back and forth communications to prove the nonsense coming in the next few days ✅

BUYERS BEWARE! The developer is falsely advertising gated subdivisions when they legally cannot gate them! The homeowners are then required to pay exorbitant HOA fees for these “gated subdivisions”.

I have been living since 2021 at West Ridge Estates. A subdivision that was developed by Domain development. I have been asking since then about when our gates will be closed and it was always that there was too much construction not yet. Its been now 2 years and our gates have not closed yet and I just found out that the developer has deceited us all by lying to us that our neighborhood was going to be a private gated community when in reality it is a public subdivision. I am at my wits end trying to get a hold of someone that can solve our issue. They instead ignored us thinking that nothing can be done. If anyone is planning on buying a lot from DOMAIN DEVELOPMENT I SUGGEST YOU THINK ABOUT IT. This situation has been so stressful especially because we have people wandering our neighborhood asking random questions late at night. I have found myself in a dead end that I just hope someone will listen to me and all of our fellow neighbors. An HOA meeting would be good but we are not even allowed to choose our own board.

DOMAIN DEVELOPMENT WORSE MISTAKE EVER DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. Purchasing my home from this developer has been the worse mistake for me and I can honestly say for everyone living in my neighborhood at this moment. We were sold a supposedly private gated community and we’re going on 5 years and our gates have not been closed. After calling and asking for years now the HOA management company blames the City of Pharr. Now the City of Pharr is pointing the finger at the developer and now of course the developer is pointing the finger at the engineer and now we come to find put our neighborhood is not private but PUBLIC. We were sold something that is not true and now no one has answers for my neighbors and I. Many of my neighbors and I have tried to reach out for answers and the managemnet company which is Streamline Management simply has no answers. Now the question we all have now is what are they doing with our HOA fees. Yes we all agree a neighborhood needs tending to grass and other minor things but the most expensive issue would be the gate and we do not have one. It’s been 5 yrs of false stories and excuses and our gates will not be closed. There has been police pursuits in our neighborhood countless robberies while all that could be minimal to non existent if we would be given what we purchased for in the first place. DOMAIN DEVELOPMENT THE WORSE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELFISH LYING COMPANY.
