Another place with bad experience. Staff were friendly, but they lack the experience to deliver good customer service. Had reserved a trailer the day before only to find out that they assigned me the wrong trailer with the wrong attachment. Twice i have asked them during reservation to confirm the specs of the trailer. They either lied to me or they have no clue what they are talking about. They ruined my day and places like this do not deserve a good feedback. Train your staff to pay attention to details and hire the right people who knows what they are talking about when asked questions. They do not even deserve the one star I gave them.

I rented a forklift from these guys and they were fantastic! The little blonde girl that looks like a member of the band Hanson helped me from the moment I walked in the door till the moment I left. I left feeling very confident in my abilities to work a forklift, and will definitely return if I need equipment for any of my other projects.
