James provided custom service for us on our automated gate. He knows gate systems better than anyone including code operated and secure access gates. Highly recommend.
I recently had to repair some fence after a nasty windstorm. As I had recently moved from New Braunfels I asked several friends and fellow dads in the area whom was best to help me out. And to my surprise, Action Autogate kept coming up as the go to guy. I took a chance and despite being in far side of San Antonio I called and the guy I talked to gave me a quick and fair quote and said the distance was no trouble and no charge. James assured me they could take care of issue quickly and have installation of new panels done in no time so my family could resume use of our yard. James showed up sooner than expected, and to beat my expectations, the invoice was for less than my quote!!! Throughout my interactions AAF was fast, dependable, professional and took great care of my repair and my family. James made the difference with his professionalism and prompt communication so much that they surpassed my expectations! Definitely a customer for life!

James provided me with the most options of any company I contacted and the best warranty and service plan. He's professional, easy to work with, and finished the entire job in one day. I've had a few bad experiences with other gate installers in the area, but I finally found the right company.
