We Use this company to service our manlift equipment… we operate out of Carlsbad so they have a field tech that comes out to the field to help with our issues.. usually he can get it fixed but there have been a few return trips to get things figured out for us at times… I will say that it is a bit pricey but there aren’t many other options for this type of service and having our equipment operational is critical for the business we conduct.. also.. they get busy so getting us on the schedule takes time some days…

In the past, we have sub-contracted several crane service operators for our HVAC installs but American Crane Services in Odessa was one mistake we are not willing to make again. Called to setup appointment gave them information they asked for. Called the day prior to confirm appointment and they had misplaced the address of where they were needing to be. Well that was a red flag but needed service because other cranes where not available when we needed. They were there to provide the service we needed but in the process damaged homeowners property! This was very upsetting for both the property owner and us. After several attempts we were able to talk to the owner of American Crane Services. They agreed to pay for damages but they kept giving the run around. The Owner implied that after the fact that they always had hiccups but the hiccups never make it to court. My opinion is that they don’t do right because they know they can get away with it. They ended not paying for the damage they caused. Of course we were not going to let this experience go south so we ended up rectifying the situation with our customer by paying for the damages ourselves. At the end our customer was satisfied with our services. American Cranes of Odessa was very unprofessional, rude, and used foul language. Will not be using them in the future.
