They were amazing! They are super fast, typically when you call they can have a technician out the same day. Which is a delight. I worked with Chuck and he was so nice, knowledgeable, and straight forward. He was great at walking me through what he found and how to move through a stressful time when your house has water damage. Chick was great to work with and dry force as a whole.
This company did an amazing job. They were very quick to respond to the water damage and the technician was super helpful in explaining the process. He was also responsible enough to keep the baseboards that were able to be used in the reconstruction.
Oscar in the reconstruction side was fantastic! He was very professional, kept checking in as we were waiting for the final numbers, and was genuinely helpful. He made the process so much better. The crew he hired for the job were incredible! Serge and his crew made the repairs in record time, made my house look amazing, and cleaned the job sight as if they were never here.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from John with Dry Force. From the moment he arrived at our home, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about his job. John took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and explain everything. I didn't feel pressured at all!
Not only was John honest and transparent about the process, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that our home was treated with the utmost care and respect. His attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service truly set him apart.
I appreciated John's expertise and dedication to his work, and I would highly recommend him and Dry Force to anyone in need of water damage restoration services. Thank you, John, for your outstanding customer service and for making a stressful situation much more manageable. Five stars all around!

Dry Force people were quick, seemed thorough ( no past experience with my situation to compare) , friendly, helpful.
My only suggestion is for the schedulers: it would be nice to get a call before 10AM to give customer a better time frame for arrival of the workers. The customer can better plan their day. “Before noon, before 3PM or after 3PM” would have been helpful over the week they came and went.
Overall, I would definitely recommend them.
Chuck was very helpful in explaining process and availability by phone. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his part of this process,,, thank you Chuck!

Big shoutout to Teklai (I hope I’m spelling it right) aka The Texas Ranger. He came out (on a referral from our plumber) pretty late on a Friday night (pushing past 9pm). We had a leak due to our A/C unit leaking refrigerant and as a result, was freezing and melting - causing a depression in our ceiling near the living room. Mr. Texas Ranger quickly dissected the situation, explained to us what was going, and patiently answered all of our many questions. We’re hoping that the setup keeps leaks at bay once everything dries in a few days and the plumbing/HVAC team can finish their job. This has been an annoying saga to deal with the water damage but not the service. The Texas Ranger at Dry Force has made things real smooth.
