We’ve worked with DK since we bought our home almost four years ago. They’ve always been prompt, and priced fair. Tom, Taylor, and Brandon are great to work with and are very knowledgeable. The team has always taken time to explain the work they’re doing and answer our questions. I cannot recommend them DK enough.
Very professionally and take the time to listen to you as a customer. I had a long list of stuff and they went line item by line item with me making sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed and they were patient with me.
The guys who came out to do the job were professional and did a great job! Highly recommend DK Electricians and will refer them to anyone else I know.

A phone call to schedule an appointment for a circuit breaker intermittently flipping off resulted in this electrician pulling off road to have a conversation and actually recommending a few things to check for me to self diagnose and fix. Turns out one of those suggestions was exactly the problem – an outside outlet on a GFCI circuit. I was able to fix the problem easily with an outside extension cord issue.
Really appreciate the above and beyond effort to help me diagnose a problem that was not required and not even requested by me. Will be my next call for any electrical issues. Much much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I went with DK for a subpanel replacement and bathroom exhaust fan installations. They do great work, communication is perfect, and they've always been on time. I also had a situation where a power line to my house went down after an ice storm, but Oncor wouldn't repair it since part of my panel wasn't up to code. They were willing to wait 20 minutes for an electrician to come get it up to code, otherwise I would have been without power over the weekend with temperatures below freezing. DK rushed over and bailed me out.

I worked with Tom years ago to help fix issues at my mother's house and remember it was a rare positive experience with high marks in integrity. This time Tom couldn't make it due to another job so he sent out Adam and I didn't catch the other guy's name. Nice guys. They too are super honest. I thought I had severed a power wire drilling through the wall to run cat6 cables for CCTV PoE, because my drill died and the light switch no longer functioned. I checked the breaker box, nothing tripped. It turns out I didn't severe a wire. The breaker box tripped but it was one of those trips that didn't flip the switch. So... it was an easy fix. They could have lied about what was wrong and charged me out the wazoo but they were honest and didn't charge me a cent. Literally... no charge. I asked if I could at least tip them and they refused. Really blown away. Now I'm gonna make a post on Nextdoor to spread the word about my good experience. Thanks guys I really appreciate it

Best electricians in town hands down - prompt and reliable and great to work with. I always recommend them to my friends in the Richardson area. Keep up the great work!
