I called Dean's plumbing because I had a broken and collapsed main sewer line. I knew it would be an expensive repair but had to be done. They were quick in responding to my call. The service tech (Dillon I believe) was very knowledgeable and gave me options based on his experiences and the state-of-the-art equipment he used. He was correct with his assessment and made the repairs very quickly. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you have. They are professional, respectful, and just nice people, that do the job right.
Eric is very helpful, knowledgeable, and skillful. It's not easy to repair a very old condo unit. But it's done nicely. Appreciate! Surely will use the service again in the future as a realtor.

Cody from Deans Plumbing was super friendly and did a great job in seeing if we needed to clean out our plumbing. I love he made it all simple for me and didn’t try to oversell me anything. Thank you Cody!!

Second time Eric has been able to fix my plumbing problems and I could not ask for better. He was here within 1.5 hors of original call to Dean’s, worked efficiently, fully explained the problem and gave me pricing for the different options, each of which would provide the necessary fix. If you are not using Dean’s Plumbing now I highly recommend you give them a call next time you have plumbing problems.

I needed a timely repair and Dean's Plumbing came through. They were on time! My Plumber, Eric, was knowledgeable and patient as I asked him many questions. In the end, my repairs were completed and I am back to where I was! Good job! I will call Dean's Plumbing with all of my plumbing issues

it was my first time using y'all and it was a great experience. Usually when I need maintenance services, they take hours to show up but today, Dillon came on time and was able to get everything done in a few hours and I am very happy with the service I got for the price I paid. Dillon was great: kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I'll definitely be recommending y'all to everyone I know. Thank you so much.

I was leaving town in 36 hours and my master sinks clogged! I was in a panic, so I called and they were able to get me in the very next day, the day before my flight left at 630am. The entire staff was amazing at coordinating me getting me in and Jonathan and Matthew did an incredible job. They were in and out quickly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
I have had bad experience with contractors in the past so I was expecting the worst.
But they were the very best and I am so happy and grateful! Thank you!!!!!

I’ve used Dean’s a couple of times but wanted to let some time pass before reviewing. Frankly, I think this is one of the best plumbing companies out there. First off, their prices are slightly higher than the competition, but you get what you pay for. If you don’t want to pay for professional quality work then this company is not for you. Second off, my most recent service with them was replacing a worn out exterior hose bib. Most other plumbers would have rather just cut through the interior drywall, or break the exterior brick and mortar to make their job easier. Eric was able to get the old hose bib off without having to cut drywall or break the brick/mortar. His choice in repair method saved me a lot of headaches having to repair drywall/brick/mortar. When it finally comes time to replace the cast iron sewer line under my house, I can guarantee you it will be Dean’s who I hire to do the job.
So far Marc and Eric have been excellent.

Well we had a shower leak from the back. I guess I didn’t notice it until last night. I’ve been thinking about Dean’s Plumbing since I live close to their business. Eric was dispatched to our home right away. And assessed the leak and thoroughly explained all the steps that needed to be done to fix the leak. My fixtures are fairly new but it the reno contractor didn’t secure the pipes. He fixed it and reassured this worry wort that it’ll be taken care of. My goodness he is very professional, polite, and pleasant! Next time I need plumbing fixed, I’ll be sure to use Dean’s plumbing and ask for Eric… I compliment him on his patience cause really I’m a worry wort. Note I already have a back access so he could fix the pipe. As you can see he was able to fix the leak without having to go through those huge tiles. Thank God!
