I was very impressed with how the movers handled our large dining table. They disassembled and reassembled it perfectly in our new home. Great job!

The two movers I had were very professional and quick. They took care of all of our furniture and fragile items with care and even hooked up our washer and dryer for us! They also were very polite when I asked if I could wipe the bottom of some of my furniture of webs while they had it on the dolly. They provided padding for our TV and made sure it was protected while moving which I highly appreciated. I would 100% use this company again. The only thing I would suggest for future is to get a quote emailed prior to having them move to avoid surprise charges or anything like that.

Jason was awesome to work with and super quick to respond to messages and questions! We were in a bit of a dilemma with a hot tub that we ordered but there was a miscommunication and it was dropped off in our driveway! Jason came through with availability the next day and super reasonable pricing. We will definitely be utilizing Capital Movers for future needs and referring to all of our family and friends!

Be very careful with these movers! They loaded a trailer for us. They used one strap for an entire household, threw a mountain bike on top of our boxes of dishes that were clearly labeled FRAGILE and broke many of our plates and glasses. (All the boxes in the photos were brand new boxes)They broke 2 family heirlooms just trying to load them. A very expensive mattress was not strapped flat against a wall causing it to almost taco in the 3 week transport. Our washing machine looks like it is 15 years old now, the dryer has huge dents and we had to pick up 3 of the "feet" for it out of the road after they loaded. One of the laborers acted annoyed when I had to remind him there was more items to load. I understand that it is very hot in Austin but this is your job and what your customers are paying for. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE WE OWN WAS DAMAGED DUE TO POOR LOADING AND CARE. Once again, be VERY CAREFUL and watch how they load your items. It will be a lot cheaper to sell your good items rather than spending the money to transport them and have them junk in the end.
