We had Eddie from Crow Plumbing come out and fix a leak we had in the yard coming from the main line. Along with replacing the shutoff and RPV valve. Also had a gas line for the BBQ capped off. Eddie did a great job and made sure to let us know the diffident options we had for the repair. Did a great job and made sure to clean up the work area. We will be using Crow for any future issues we have.

Most recent visit, they helped get me in same day. Paul helped with a toilet leak in the upstairs guest bathroom. He presented several options on replacing or rebuilding the toilet and helped with a recommendation for a water remediation company as well. Great service once again from this company and its staff. Previous visit involved adding a leak detector system to the water softener and coming to check the unit after a power outage. Always great service from Jonathan and the Crows Plumbing staff. The front office is very helpful and professional. Jonathan replaced a water softener with a new unit that also has a water filtration system. He spent all day working on making sure the installation was correct and worked. He explained things along the way and answered all my questions. He also said to contact him if I had questions later too. Great service. Would use them again for future plumbing issues.

Brock, Jonathan, and Josh were fantastic - we've tried a lot of plumbing companies in Austin and these guys were beyond the best for service and price. I see why they have such a high rating. We had a huge job and they were on top of every detail, even working closely with an outside contractor to help the job run smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We've done a full kitchen remodel, water line for the coffee maker, whole house RO filter system and now a gas hot water heater replacement. Each time, each rep from the company has been exceptional. Direct and honest and correct the first time. The owner is involved daily and it really seems like a family affair. Highly recommend.

Awesome company. Fast and efficient service by Eddie. The pilot light in my water heater would not stay lit. I called Crow's at about 9am on a Monday and Eddie arrived at about 11am. Can't beat a 2 hour response time. Eddie was very personable and quickly evaluated the problem and knew exactly how to repair it. He had the replacement part in his truck and installed it very fast. Total time was less than hour.The cost was reasonable. All in all I highly recommend Crow's Plumbing Service. If you're lucky Eddie will show up!

Jacob and Garrett were great! They called first thing in the morning and showed up within 10 mins. Very professional! I was given several options for a new water heater, including an automatic leak detector that shuts off the water in the event of a problem. Mine is located in the attic, accessible from the second floor, which was a challenge. Jacob managed to find a model that was "skinny" enough to fit through the opening, and with Garrett's help was able to install quickly without any issues. Now everything is up to code and working great.
