Tate helped me get the best garage door for my circumstances and ensured I received all eligible discounts to save me money. He took the time to help me make the best informative decision. I have shared my wonderful experience with my neighbors and coworkers. Tate went out of his way to fix my current garage door unit, which would not close, while I wait for the new garage door to be delivered. Love the customer service and his thoughtfulness!
Chance from Complete Overhead Door did an awesome job repairing my garage door. He arrived on time and completed the repair in less time than the estimated time to make the repair. The company is family owned and offered me a veteran’s discount (as well as a discount for paying through Zelle). I believe this is the third time I’ve used them, can’t think of any reason not to continue calling for Chance and Complete Overhead Door for future work!

I was very pleased with Roshon and how he made sure everything was working properly before he left. Even though it was 100 degrees outside he did it all with a smile and a great attitude. I'll continue to use Complete Overhead Door for any service I need.

What a great company. The technician arrived exactly on time and had to be both a detective and a master technician. He stayed with it until he figured out the issue and had a plan to resolve it. Didn't overcharge or push a bigger answer. Than you so much! We have found our garage door company. Well done, Curtis and Anna Kelly.

Chance arrived at my residence close to 8am with in the two hour window which was great. Chance was very courteous and professional. He replaced both torsion springs and explained the difference between traditional ball bearing and sealed railed rollers. Weighed the door to make sure the springs were correct. Showed me pictures of the cables that were still operating but will eventually need replacement. He even lubed my old rollers before he left. Chance is definitely an asset to your company! Keep up the good work.

Chance Hulse did a great job repairing my garage door. He diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs to replace the spring and rollers, and make any necessary adjustments, in a very reasonable amount of time. He was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend him!
