Mando and his team made necessary repairs to our home we wanted to sell. We had water marks on our garage ceiling due to poor original construction on the above balcony that laid no waterproofing below the tile work. No water damage was found when the ceiling was cut out, thankfully, so they repaired the drywall in the ceiling and sealed the tile on the above outdoor balcony. There was also watermarks on an interior wall that connected to the back patio/balcony main beam. Again the wall section was cut out to reveal no damage and was repaired. The main devastating damage was found to have looked in the middle of the beam causing it to sag and rot through the beam causing the balcony to be unsafe. They quickly secured the balcony, replaced the main beam and other trusses that had deteriorated pulled up the balcony tile and floor and replaced everything to include the missing waterproofing layer the original construction workers failed to lay down. The dry wall paint was done and redone a few times to obtain satisfactory perfection. Mando was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He worked us into his schedule in a very timely manner of just a few weeks, for a project of this size, and the price given was a mere fraction of what our first insurance inspector priced to be in extreme upper tens of thousands of dollars to repair. Mando kept us informed and was always easy to reach whenever I had questions. I’d recommend this company any time for any repair work your home needs!

Called multiple contractors for a small house project and Mando was the only one who provided a good quote with quick availability. I had two wall cabinets installed by Will and Miguel who were polite, friendly, and accommodated a change we made last second. Made another appointment the next day for backsplash wall tile in my laundry room with Oswaldo who also did a great job! I will contact this company in the future again for any size house project!

Mando was great! He responded quickly to my phone call and came the same day. He welded my kitchen table, a chair and a bike really fast and reasonably priced. Definitely going to hire him to redo my deck. I highly recommend him!?

Mondo and his team built and helped design our custom closets. His woodwork and carpentry is amazing!! Using the best quality wood for all of the shelving and drawers. Very professional, friendly and hard working. Will definitely be using them again. Fanatastic job!
