Brad has done 2 home inspections for us and has been consistent and incredibly thorough for both of them. He finds EVERYTHING possibly wrong with the home and then leaves it up to you to prioritize the importance of the repairs. His inspections have been critical in our negotiations. Brad is also very professional, friendly, and prompt.

Highly recommend Rio Bravo for an amazing and professional service. Brad arrived on time for the inspection, performed an extremely thorough home inspection and patiently answered all my questions. It was clear that he was highly knowledgable and an expert in his field. Plus my report arrived the same day as the inspection!

Charles was very thorough when checking the home. I arrived after it was completed, but after going through the house myself my findings matched his report omitting those that of course needed his expertise. He had major findings that was great to learn about before purchasing this home which aided in my repairs request to the seller. Report came with photos and details with recommendation on fixes. Even those not in his realm, he provided recommendation for further technical specialist to come in and review. It was same day turnaround for the report completion.

Clint Nelson did my inspection on my first ever home under contract and he was amazing.
Buying a home can be stressful and emotional and he really took the time to explain everything to me in detail and I felt well equipped to make such a big decision. Thank you again Clint.

I recently had a home inspection done by Clint Nelson from Rio Bravo Home Inspections, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Scheduling the inspection was incredibly easy, and Clint arrived right on time. As someone who knows very little about homes, I was relieved to find Clint exceptionally thorough and patient. He explained everything in detail, making sure I understood what he was looking at and why it mattered.
One thing that stood out was how Clint didn't just stick to the basics. He climbed onto the roof to inspect it closely and provided valuable recommendations on how to extend the life of my fences. The instant report was a huge plus, as it allowed me to review all his findings immediately.
Overall, Clint's professionalism and dedication to his work made the home inspection process smooth and informative. I will definitely call Rio Bravo Home Inspections (Clint) next time I need an inspection. Highly recommended!

I was about to close a condo (remotely) that looked like well-maintained with a price range had in mind. However, since the seller's disclosure form and my agent's walk-through showed some issues that made me worry about possible foundation problem, I highlighted it to the home inspection company I selected after reviewing Google's high ratings. The next day they sent me the inspection report that included inspected items, problems discovered, possible root cause/opinion and which area of expert to contact for resolution in 11 sections. The report was so thorough and extensive, diagnosing all possible structural and electrical problems as well as serious plumbing issues and including all pictures that clearly showed the conditions, that I concluded that I should rather walk away instead of trying to get them resolved. I've rarely seen such an excellent report even in my 30-year engineering career. My deep appreciation to the inspector Brad Test and Rio Bravo Inspections team one more time!

Charlie from Rio Bravo did a remarkably thorough inspection of the home we are purchasing!
He answered all our questions and explained every aspect of the inspection to us.. including a
professional evaluation, pictures and report of any problems that were found.

I had a fantastic experience with Rio Bravo Home Inspections. Charlie was punctual, informative, and very thorough when inspecting my new build home. He met with me right after the inspection to discuss his findings/recommendations. The detailed report was sent back to me in less than 24 hours, leaving me plenty of time to share with our builder! I highly recommend working with this company for your next home inspection!
