We are so impressed with Custom Home Staging. Casey was so easy to work with, understanding, professional, and kind! Their staging talents were great and everything looked awesome when they were done! They set up quickly and we got two offers within a couple of days! I know their service made a big difference in getting our home sold fast. I can't recommend them highly enough!
If you're a seller considering putting your home on the market, I cannot recommend Custom Home Staging highly enough.
Recently, I worked with them on a listing where the sellers were being transferred for a company promotion. They needed to sell their home quickly to secure their new purchase. The urgency was real—they wanted me to list their home before the moving truck even arrived. However, the house was filled with personal items that, while lovely, would make it difficult for potential buyers to see past and fully appreciate the space.
It was a tough conversation, but I asked the sellers to wait an extra week until they were packed up. I then suggested staging to truly showcase the home’s potential. If there was higher than 5 star, Custom Home Staging would get my vote . Every experience was effortless. The partners and the staff operate united and with a vision to help a home look trendy, charming, inviting, and personal. They quietly ask for time to “ take it all in”— the vibe, ambience, and the welcoming message to a buyer. My home was perfectly staged and they listened to my requests and questions. They guided me with a sense of mutual respect and collaboration.
Every single vendor who worked in my home commented on the final staging.
Expect and appreciate the 5 star service you’re about to receive. Being out of state, I was greatly disappointed by the first group I interview. Yet next interviewing Custom Home Staging, I was thrilled to work with them. They take your home or project personally. It matters to them to please you. One partner bought a few new pieces to enhance the style of my home. Make it pop. I wasn’t just a composite of their things. Put them at the top of your list. They work hard to earn that position. I cannot speak highly enough about Casey and her team. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was as personal as she was professional. She took our vision and ran with it. We went with a bright Speakeasy vibe for our new San Antonio rental and we could not be happier with the final result. Our 5 star reviews for atmosphere in our airbnb further support others appreciation of our design and decor as well. From start to finish it was very quick, about 4 weeks. Casey was very organized, we were in contact almost daily, she kept us posted on all orders, quick with substitutions and clever with all the small details. I am truly grateful we found her, would highly recommend her and cannot wait to have her expertise again on future products.
