Amazing company! Everyone on the staff possesses an outstanding work ethic, and in addition to being productive and courteous, they are highly professional. They actually provide the best full-service development options for everyone they collaborate with by going above and above for those individuals.

I have known and trusted those at Denton Communities for over 15 years. In my experience, their president, Scott Teeter is a man of integrity and has years of experience in property development. He and his team take care of every detail of the job, regardless of size or complexity! I wouldn't trust anyone but Denton Communities as the developer for my project!

DO NOT buy property in one of their communities until they remove Real Manage as their HOA partners. Worst experience ever. My neighborhood is over a decade old with hundreds (maybe a thousand) homes and we are only allowed 1 person on the board with almost no voice. Approvals for project can run months, the annual meeting was today and consisted of a power point slide that didn’t address any concern, upkeep is minimal and rates are much more than like communities in the area. Don’t fall for empty promises of more amenities. Ask someone that has lived in one of their communities about that and don’t wait for the laughing to stop.

We own a home in Kinder Ranch in far North Bexar county, one of the reasons we purchased in the development that we did as that they have a nice amenity center with a pool and park for our kids to enjoy. As things get back to normal from Covid19 and other communities have opened their amenities to residents Denton refuses to open ours for use or give any explanation as to when they could open. Phone calls to David Rittenhouse go unreturned and ignored.

I am a resident of a Denton community, and they control the HOA. They are the board of directors and they do not represent the interests of the residents of my community. We are getting charged a amenity fee and we do not have access to amenities. I emailed the HOA 5 days ago and I have yet to receive a response. Most of the empty lots are over grown and full of weeds and the residents have complained and they remain overgrown.
