We are very pleased with the whole experience, from start to finish. The young men who did the actual install were very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. We could not be more pleased.
Eric came out to my home, only the day after I reached out. He was prompt and on time. He was courteous and friendly. Eric made us feel very relaxed, there was no pressure to commit, only a desire to ensure that what he was designing fit our wants and wishes. He fully explained our options. He was more than willing to give us time to look over everything before we make a decision. If we decide to go forward, and the rest of the project goes as well as the consultation. Then it would be the best home improvement/addition experience ever.

My patio enclosure is complete and I love, love it. Alvaro and Bryan were the installers and they did a superb job! I highly recommend them. Debbie did a great job at coordinating.
We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Excellent installation. Excellent attention to detail. The color matches our paint scheme perfectly! The installation crew cleaned up so well I didn't see a spec of any kind of debris.

I needed a new front door and wanted to add a storm door. I reached out to Patio Enclosures, their representative Eric Freiert, showed up on time, took measurements, walked me thru several designs, color for not only the interior but also the exterior plus I was able to choose the hardware I wanted. The next step was the storm door which again I was able to go thru all of the options and the best part was he able to show me a virtual image of all of my final selections on my home!! I was super impressed with his knowledge of the product, appreciated his patience, as I was unsure of exactly what I wanted, and he walked me thru the next steps in the process to include what to expect for installation. Their office representative Debra Walker kept me informed on when the doors were ordered, when they would be in and worked with my schedule on the install date & time. Within a couple of weeks, the doors were in and the day of install, the installation tech, Austin, showed up on time, was very courteous, verified my order, walked me thru his process and began the task of removing my existing door and installing my new front door and storm door. He took his time, removed, and disposed of my existing door, made sure everything was installed properly, cleaned up his workspace and made sure that my doors were spotless before he left. I highly recommend Patio Enclosures and their talented team of experts! Did I mention my puppy loves the storm door?!??
