Before sharing my experience with Blue Haven Pools, it's important to note that they've offered a 25-pound bucket of chlorine tablets as a token of appreciation for posting this review. This gesture, while appreciated, does not influence the honesty of my feedback.
From the initial design phase to the final construction, Blue Haven Pools demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, dedication, and expertise. Joe Rodriguez, our designer, was instrumental in securing the best possible deal for our dream pool. His exceptional creativity and attention to detail made the design process smooth and enjoyable.
Jerry Hewitt oversaw the construction process with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to communication. Despite delays with city permits, the Blue Haven team kept us well-informed and managed to complete our pool ahead of schedule. Jerry ensured we were updated on every step of the construction process, who would be on site, and the work being done, which greatly appreciated.
Though communication between contractors slightly waned towards the end of the project, it didn’t detract from our overall positive experience with Blue Haven Pools. The effort to leave our backyard in immaculate condition post-construction was remarkable and exceeded our expectations.
However, we encountered an unforeseen issue with our sprinkler system, which was extensively damaged beyond the immediate construction area. This resulted in an additional expense that we had not anticipated. More explicit communication regarding potential damage to surrounding areas would have been beneficial.
This review is shared in the spirit of transparency and gratitude. The incentive offered by Blue Haven Pools has not influenced my candid opinion. Joe Rodriguez, Jerry Hewitt, and their team didn’t just build a pool; they created a focal point for future memories.
Our journey with Blue Haven Pools has been exemplary, meriting a 5-star rating for both the final product and the experience leading up to it.
Joe was a great salesman- we did 4 quotes and went with blue haven- they had the best all around package for the cost and are nationally known. Jerry is our main project guy and has been nothing short of communicative, involved and professional. They both answers our questions quickly. We are very happy to have gone with Blue Haven. I initially thought that having a pool built was going to be a very tedious experience. But the people at Blue Haven Pools and spas made the process very easy because of their customer service and their communication skills. The two people that I want to highlight are Mike Anthony who designed and sold us the pool and Jerry H who was in constant communication with us throughout the entire build process. Without their professionalism and amazing communication skills, I don’t believe the process would have been as smooth as it was. If you are looking to have a pool built, I would definitely contact Blue Haven pools and spas.

Blue Haven was great from start to finish. They were able to accomodate any changes. If I had an issue, they were quick to respond to resolve the situation. Michael, our designer, was great in assisting us with creating our pool design and took the time to meet our needs. We asked for many different renders of our pool and he was awesome at showing it to us along with giving us prices so we could make the right decision. Jorge, our project manager, he was great through the entire build. He was available to answer questions all the time and was always on site to check the progress of the build. Completion was beyond our expectations. We were under 2 months to build and were ready for summer swimming. My wife and I knew we made the right choice on choosing Blue Haven.

First I will say I had called around to different pool companies for quotes and was blown away by how much pools cost. Blue Haven Pools price was reasonably priced and they're beautiful. Our neighbor has a beautiful Blue Haven pool so that's why we called them.
I will say this has really been a pleasant experience so far. Joe (sales) has been great since the beginning with the quote, to designing etc. Very friendly and is available with any questions you may have. Joe is not pushy like some salesmen (which I can't stand). He answered questions I had about the process and design in the evening. He was always there.
Jerry (construction) has been wonderful to have here working on our pool. He's a busy man but he still responds back to you in a timely manner. He's very friendly and answers any questions you may have. He also explains everything to you which was nice. I sure did learn a lot.
So far every crew that has been out here has been professional, quick and efficient.
Thank you for making this a great experience. I had heard horror stories from people about other pool companies and this has not been one of them.
We just finished the gunite phase and will post pictures after the tile and flagstone phase.
Overall I'm amazed at how quickly this has gone.
If you look at the bad reviews here notice that they are years ago. None that are recent. I would pay attention to recent reviews.
