We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Keith Zars. Our designer, Jason, fully took into account what we wanted out of our entire backyard and designed the pool to specifically meet those needs (other builders we spoke with did not do this, they just threw a generic pool in wherever it fit best). Ben, our project manager, was truly with us every step of the way throughout the project. If I didn’t like something he made sure it was fixed (which was a rare occasion to begin with since they were so thorough in their prep). Ben really made the experience wonderful for us, he showed up every day just to check on us and keep his teams motivated. He would answer questions any time and without showing a hint of annoyance. They beat their original estimate on how long it would take by a mile. Every worker that came out to our house was kind and respectful. I really cannot recommend Keith Zars enough. 10/10 experience.

Keith Zars Pools was AMAZING! They made the experience easy and enjoyable. Kent Ely designed our dream pool. He listened and gave us valuable feedback to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. And even checked in with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We were lucky enough to get Jasmine Wade to head up our construction phase. She is absolutely wonderful and treated us like family. She communicated each phase and made sure everything was up to par before going to the next step. We are beyond happy with our pool and recommend KZP to anyone who will listen!

Stunning design, hassle free process, flawless execution. Do yourself a favor and skip the headache with other builders and go straight to the #1 pool builder in Texas! Everyone on the team was easy to work with.

Keith Zars built my pool 2 years ago and it's beautiful! We've had a few maintenance issues since then but they have been very responsive and proactive in making the repairs. I have several neighbors with different pool companies who cannot say the same. Very pleased with their service levels.

Our pool weekly service has been nothing but excellent! The technician comes on a timing basis to perform the maintenance of keeping our pool to a high standard as always needed. He is diligent of his duties and makes it right. Lets me know of any issues, informs me of the chemical status and what he going to add to keep it clean and crystal clear. Zars has never faltered in the service they promised.
