Great company to work for
Needed porta johns on our job, called and got somone on the phone right away they said they could deliver that day if I needed it. I told them the next day was fine. They brought them in in the morning and I told them to place them by the orange ones that were being picked up. ( the other company was horrible but that is another review). They were back to clean them 3 days later and for over a month they are here like clockwork. They do a great job cleaning them they smell good when they done. This was my first experience with Honey Bucket but they will be my company to use from now on.

Paid for month service I paid month in full then said it was the wrong price . Didn’t not offer to service restroom not good for business

I was recently hired on and my whole experience has been very disappointing. My ride along went well, which made me feel confident about the position and excited to work. On my first day I was told through e-mail what to take in and who I would be talking to…when I showed up, the supervisor seemed surprised to see me there. Like he wasn’t aware that I was going in. Nothing that the email stated happened. I was put with a driver who most of the time spent it on tic tok both while driving and not. I was told by the driver that I was on the schedule for the rest of week. I didn’t have any times or anything as the only way to look at the schedule was through a tablet they offer to drivers. I came in the following day expecting to be riding along with someone as the previous day. Wasn’t aware that I would be at the yard. Which I didn’t mind but was completely not prepared for. Supervisor had me moving porta potty’s around under sun all day. It seemed to be just “busy work” I asked what the next steps were and was told by him that I’d be getting a call or email so I could do online classes. That was on the weekend so i had those days off. Waited two days and didn’t receive anything. I reached out to him and just got the response “ok thanks, I’ll see what’s up”. Didn’t hear back from him. Sent another text stating that I still hadn’t received anything and I got no response. The following morning I still didn’t have any response. So I reached out to his superior. Within 1min, I hear back from supervisor…just asking if I had my dl and dot card. Which I had and was supposed to give out the first day I went. According to the email. Then he calls and states that he doesn’t know what happened and he’ll get back to me. And then says if he doesn’t respond to a message at night it’s because he’s sleeping. Which is fine. But he didn’t reach out the following morning either until I reached out to his superior. I didn’t get to with the day I was supposedly on the schedule for his lack of communication. Then he just tells me to be at the yard the next day without even telling what happened. Worst experience I’ve had with a company. Wish it could have been better.
